No sort option for other user's repository list - completely unusable

Since about 3 weeks, the repository overview of other users are lacking a way to sort the list (https://gyazo.com/e053ead9f1270596de57c9e16ba941fb). As logged in users, the sort order is completely arbitrary, making it completely useless e.g. for getting a quick overview what has changed recently. The only way to have it sorted by last update date is by viewing it not logged in. In contrast if you open the list of watched repositories on your dashboard, there is an option to sort that list (https://gyazo.com/6297647f40dd3dc3d26ed12f8d4634f9).
