All branches are getting displayed

Due to some reason, I am getting all branches even in “active branches” filter type and commits are also not showing properly due to which I am unable to merge or see new changes pushed to repo. please check this screenshot http://joxi.ru/YmExaaktwKNzPr
Sometimes it appears properly and only then I can merge and work further. I am facing this issue from last few times
