New sidebar is the worst of both worlds

I like the changed icon, but removing the icon-only side menu functionality is a problem.

Now, users like me who want to maximize their space by having the sidebar collapsed have to instead hover over or toggle the side bar every single time they want to navigate to a sidebar item.

Additionally, users who are accustomed to having the expanded sidebar are losing an extra sidebar’s worth of width from their workspace.

At most, this feature should be optional. I 10000% prefer to have the collapsed sidebar. The little arrow expander was slightly finnicky but it worked. This new sidebar negatively affects my productivity and positive perception of the BitBucket website
