I can't upload file to downloads

I'd uploaded file overlays.xml, than delete that and again uploaded new version of overlays.xml. So? I cannot see my overlays.xml in Downloads, but see actions with that in my newsfeed. Open link of my overlays.xml and see old version of my file.
