Deployment issue list does not work when using a BitBucket account which is not linked to Atlassian account used in Jira

When trying to view Jira issues in BitBucket’s deployment summary, the user receives the error “User has no permission to access Jira tenant.” if the Bitbucket account they are using is not linked to the Atlassian ID which is being used for Jira.

All other aspects of the Jira integration work as expected using this configuration including opening linked Jira issues in a modal within BitBucket.
