Email notification broken

Hi,

Just noticed that email notifications on commits (not diffs) don't work anymore (for probably a couple weeks), I am not receiving mails anymore where before it used to work properly, although properly configured in my account. Is there something I can do to re-enable them?

Note: this is a private repository.
