Email annoyingly obfuscated in private wiki history (BB-834)

When viewing the history of a wiki page in a private repository all the email addresses are obfuscated. This is very annoying as the domain is the same for all of us, but the history view shows the full domain and only the first two letters of the user which isn't unique.

Since spambots can't see the private repositories there is no need to protect against them.
