Unable to 'fork' codeigniter code

I've been trying to fork the codeigniter project. I get that page which continues to reload, saying it should be done in a few minutes. It never completes, so I go to the forked projects admin page, delete, and try again - same problem.

I've been trying this for the past two days with no luck. I want to make sure you are aware of the problem, and am wonder when this will be resolved?
