SOS : 500 error

I cant pull my repo at the moment, but when I try to pull another repo (http://bitbucket.org/ellislab/codeigniter/), it works well.

So I just wondering, do the free plan and Vip plan have different backend servers? and the VIP is more stable? is that right?
