"reset password" is not working

I tried to reset password, but no mail arrived here.
My account is 'jtmr'.

Searching this tracker gave me an idea that you won't get the mail from bitbucket if the mail address you wrote on signing up was different from current one.
But I have no ways to change the address to initial one because I cannot sign in and that's why I post this, so it's no use...
