"Reset Password" utility not working

Former user created an issue

I created a bitbucket account two months ago, received confirmation of account creation, and used my account. Unable to remember my password, I have tried multiple times to request a new password using the "Reset password" utility. Each time I receive the appropriate message ("To reset your password, please follow the instructions in the email we've just sent you."), but I never receive the email. I've checked spam filters and folders, but I am not getting anything. I definitely created a bitbucket username+password combo (not just OpenID). Username is jaspal. Can you please advise?
