Slow push/pull response

Greetings,

This is probably related to upgrade tonight?? In pushing and pulling very small changes I have notice very long lags and even failed connections.

getting back messages like these:

remote: couldn't reach oberon: error(111, 'Connection refused'
[command completed successfully Mon Aug 30 03:20:55 2010]

just wanted to let you know.
