File Upload don't works

I've recently removed two files from my repository (huginSetup) download section. Trying to re-add some new files results in no file uploaded.

I choose the right file, pressed "Upload" and waited..
My browser reports: "Sending request to bbuseruploads.3s.amazonaws.com" but nothing happens. After a few second the page reloads and a "No files have been added to HuginSetup yet." is displayed in the download list.
