No way to get collaborators via the API (BB-50)

For djangopackages.com we want to list all the people who have collaborated on a project - in other words submitted code that has gotten into master and into PyPI releases. However, bitbucket doesn't provide that unless I continually check the commit list. Unfortunately bitbucket only provides the last 50 commits, so some users will be missed using this approach - perhaps early and important committers.

Could bitbucket provide a list of collaborators on a project?
