Push / outgoing is slow

Doing "hg out" consistently takes between 33 and 34 seconds, regardless of repo. Has been doing this for a couple of days. Tested with tree different user/repos[1] . Tested from two different networks as well. Only tested using SSH.

Something takes 30 seconds to time out perhaps?
