Can't apply patch that deletes a file (BB-1108)

I have a patch that deletes a file in my [[https://bitbucket.org/khooyp/stp-khooyp|patch queue]], but trying to [[https://bitbucket.org/khooyp/stp-khooyp/qseries?apply=t&qs_apply=fix-aig-vecAtt-warning|view it]] or [[https://bitbucket.org/khooyp/stp-khooyp/qseries?apply=t&qs_apply=reveal-multiple-vc-double-free|any subsequent patches]] via the "Apply" button leads to a "Oops! An error occurred" message.
