Can't re-instantiate a deleted repository as a fork (BB-1110)

I'm receiving the following message when attempting to fork a repository that I had forked in the past.

You already have a fork with this name.
}}}

And if I go to the deleted repository I receive:

Repository has been deleted

Our apologies, but the repository, distutils2 has been deleted.
It now lives at http://bitbucket.org/tarek/distutils2/\\
}}}

How do I delete this deleted repository?
