properties section floating in space

The "Properties" section in the "create new issue" page is floating in the corner of the box and intruding on the text field, which is kinda awkward. See attached screenshot (Firefox 3 on Mac OS X)

The section should either be moved below the text field or the text field should be moved down to make space for it.
