Commit hook for autoset ticket status

Will be fine if u added some futures from Trac like http://trac.edgewall.org/browser/trunk/contrib/trac-pre-commit-hook (for hg it exists too)

If commit string contains some keywords like '< closed|fixed|done etc> #<issue_id> [commit_msg]' - ticket with issue_id automatically changed status to fixed|closed|done with commit_msg comment and link to commit (i don't saw simple tag for commit at issue editor, this will be fine too :]).
