RSS Feed Has Empty Lines At Start (BB-1211)

i am trying to pull the following feed for my application but there is a problem with the feed it also is not passing validation on most RSS / Atom sites. the error is stating that the xml declaration needs to be first and upon viewing the raw XML there is 2 empty lines before the XML declaration..is there anyway you can check into this and if possible remove any cached copies of the feed.
