Header of ReStructuredText READMEs isn't rendered (BB-1244)

I have a README.rst in the root of my repository. It is rendered as HTML, but not completely.

It looks like only sections are rendered, not the part before the first section where I indicate the title and infos like author, date, license, etc.

This is all the more annoying as this is, as far as I know, a very common way of starting a ReST document.
