Horizontal scrolling makes line number move also (BB-1347)

When browsing source with long line, horizontal scrolling to the right makes the line number move and disappear.

This is decreasing the usability of
source browsing UI. Line numbers should be fixed whether user side scrolling to the left or to the right.
