Include a way for a project to list a 'Help Wanted' (BB-1368)

    Description

      A "Help Wanted" feature would be pretty neat. You could even go a bit more in depth than a simple flag that is searchable or filterable by, and include a way to write up specific needs for the project which people can search by.

      I think this could be a cool way to help people find open source projects to contribute to.
