Harmless(?) exception when pushing to MQ repository

When I push to my patch repository I get the following output:

Here "mq" is a shell alias for "hg -R $(hg root)/.hg/patches".

The funny thing is that everything seems to work despite the error messages. That is also why I haven't reported it earlier.
