on patch queue create, quickstart displays wrong url (BB-1540)

When I create a new patch queue, Bitbucket churns for a bit and then displays a page with a "Quickstart" box telling me how to qclone the queue. The URL in this command is incorrect. It always appends "/overview" incorrectly: e.g. "hg qclone https://bitbucket.org/dgc/mutt-dgc/overview". Perhaps it's getting that out of the current page URL?
