Description
When a user is creating a new issue it is easy for the user to mistake the "Create new" for the "Report issue".
Scenario:
A user wants to report an issue and clicks "Create new issue".
The user spends a few minutes filling out a bug report, and then mistakenly hits "Create new" with the purpose to create/save the new bug report (instead of hitting the "Report issue" button).
This currently erases the form without committing the bug report, and without even asking the user if he wants to clear the form.
This is in particular an issue for screens with lower resolution, as the "report issue button may not be visible (whereas the "Create new" button IS, thus making it more likely for the user to hit that button)
The user gets upset and thinks bitbucket sucks, and the software hosted here must have similar annoying UI issues.
You should change this behaviour so you certainly displays a warning before erasing the form! (Or, even better: improve the user interface)
