cannot login with openid when using delegation (BB-1693)

i prefer to use openid for login, but cannot use my default uri. my id of matt.travi.org delagates to myopenid.com. if i use the myopenid.com id directly i can log in successfully. this used to work but i have been delaying reporting this issue hoping that it was just a temporary hiccup. could you fix you setup so that delegated openids also work?

also, when the login fails, the form is reset but no further messaging is given to say what happend. it would also be helpful if you would provide some feedback on the page when this happens
