Atlassian employee has user limit?

Hey guys,

I signed up using an Atlassian email address (rupert@atlassian.com) and I can see all the Atlassian source on bitbucket (e.g. I just downloaded the bamboo source) but I appear to have a limited account

"Your private repositories are over their user limit. Committers have read only access."

this is plastered at the top of my screen

Any ideas?
