Too little padding under code blocks in the wiki

Code blocks in the wiki have no padding under them. This means that anything that follows is not well separated and so -in the case of titles - can be difficult to pick out of the page.

In the screen shot we see an example of this as well that all other block level elements have a sensible amount of padding following them.
