Word wiki in page's title creates | (pipe) character (BB-2047)

If the title of a wiki page includes the word 'wiki' (e.g. 'Wiki testing', the page is automatically renamed with a 'wiki|' prefix attached. This creates a problem in Windows as the pipe character is unsupported in file path.
Any pulls (or clones) of the repository result in an abort with error message: "abort: filename contains '|', which is reserved on Windows: 'wiki|Testing.wiki'".
Such repository is effectively rendered useless on a Windows system...
