Ability to define backlog order on issues (BB-2235)

Bitbucket lacks the ability to define a working order for serializing the process of working off issues.

We would love to see a simple numbering field enabling the project leader to define, in which order the developers have to work through the issues.

This field should be seen in the issues list and enable the developer to sort the list by the order, the project leader defined.
