If you have a username with uppercase chars and try to access your repo with lowercase username you get infinite redirects (BB-2509)

If you have a username with uppercase chars and try to access your repo with lowercase username you get infinie redirects.

Create a user named: MrDude

Create a repo named: test

try to access: mrdude/test

You get infinite redirects.

You can however access your repo on:
MrDude/test
