bug in wiki table header column markup css (BB-2517)

When column name is too long, redundant line appeared. You can see example
in table_bug.png picture.
I think it's problem of CSS template you using, to be clear in
bundle.css. *#wiki
table.wikitable th *has background property with image, that not scaling.
