issue tracker doesn't support git repositories (BB-2827)

try <<changeset xxxxx>>, where xxxxx is the commit sha1, you get a "wiki macro error"

The "Issues" listener on the repository doesn't work either, i'd like to be able to have issues fixed by "fixe #XXX" in my commit messages.
