UI does not let you browse all the branches (BB-2857)

A real life example. Take your 13 inch monitor and look here: https://bitbucket.org/pypy/pypy/overview

The list of all branches is too long to fit on my monitor and there is no easy way to scroll them so I can get at what I want.
