Forking with Same Name gives Generic Error

Forking a project (through the "Fork" hyperlink at the top of a project page) and then naming your forked project the same thing as the original project throws a generic "oops!" style error page.

It would be nice to have an error message that described why the new project could not be created, since there is a simple, direct cause for the error.
