Newsfeed showing wrong committer

My newsfeed is showing several of my commits for my private repository as having been authored by a different user with the same first name. This appears to be a display-only issue; as far as I can tell, this user does not actually have access to my repository. I verified that it is not simply an issue with showing my avatar or name by clicking on the user and seeing that it is indeed someone else. Screenshot attached.
