Link to changeset is wrong when auto-closing issues via commits (BB-3147)

Hello,

When auto-closing an issue via a commit, the changeset link is wrong. This happens when a custom domain is used to access BitBucket.

Example:
http://code.alanhaggai.org/alanhaggai/repo_name/changeset/21a4ed9157c3

It should be:
http://code.alanhaggai.org/repo_name/changeset/21a4ed9157c3

Please look into it.
