Issue status drop down list doesn't allow selection with mouse in IE9 (BB-2921)

When editing an issue, I attempted to change the status of the issue from new to resolved and it dropped down the list of choices but wouldn't let me select the choice. I found a work around by right clicking the text in the drop down list and then using the arrow keys to change the selection. I'm running IE 9.0.3 on Windows 7.
