Delete a remote git branch over ssh give error message (BB-2997)

When deleting a remote git branch over ssh with command :
{{{
git push origin :branch_name
}}}

I see error message :
{{{
remote: fatal: bad object 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000
}}}

But everything seems ok on the repository and the web interface and the branch is correctly deleted.
