No success indicator on adding download, date not updated (BB-3101)

If I replace an existing download by adding another download of the same name, there is no indication that it worked. The date field is no longer updated (it use to be a few weeks ago). The date field should represent that last download date as it provides a way to tell that it represents a deliverable matching commit source.
