OAuth privileges too broad (BB-3117)

I want to link my StackOverflow careers page with my bitbucket account, but I'm unwilling to grant them read and write access to my private and public repos to do so.

Github offers an OAuth privilege that grants SO read-only access to my public information. So should bitbucket.
