Only the first comment on a commit appears in feeds (BB-3128)

In the activity dashboard when someone comments on a commit ( I think this was added in the August Changelog) replies to the comment do not show up.

The commit/code comments are a great addition but it is really important to have some notification that there is a conversation going on there.

Please implement this.
