Random order of commits in news feed (BB-3432)

On a particular day, on a project with multiple commits on that day by the same user, there appears to be no order to the displayed commits in the news feed on the user dashboard.

They are not in chronological order, nor alphabetical or any other discernible order.

The news feed would make more sense if there was some order to the displayed commits. Chronological ordering seems most sensible.

What I did:

• One user makes multiple small commits to a single project and multiple pushes to bitbucket over the course of a couple of hours.
• Look at the news feed the following day - the commits are all there but in a random order.
