branches and tags visible in folded header

    Description

      please add 'branches' and 'tags' to the 'folded' header of a repository.
      personally, I use them much more often than 'invite' and 'rss feed'. I believe it makes sense to see them always.
      Also there is so much free space there that 2 small buttons won't look very 'crowded' at all.
