Minor improvements to Issue commands

The issue view currently offers four buttons: All, Mine, Create new, Query.
The issue menu has these entries: New, Open, Closed, Mine, All, Create new.

I think that some improvements to usability can be made:

• For the buttons (which I gather present shortcuts to most important commands): I'd argue that Open would be more helpful than All.
• For the menu: why is Query not in it?
