Private repository features

A couple of requests:

Private repositories should have the ability to show the commit messages without exposing diffs and files, allowing people to follow development.

In addition, if a private repository has any public components (such as the issue tracker for bitbucket), the project should be listed, and going to e.g. /jespern/bitbucket should not give the "project is private" message, rather it should just show all public tabs and default to the first one.
