Issue service thinks that commit messages are wiki-formatted (BB-3469)

When you push a commit containing something like “{{

}}” all “plain text formatting” turns into one line which is much less readable. Example message:

@aurum/diff: Added AuDiff FVdiff mapping. Ref BCLOUD-6
@aurum/cmdutils: Made last argument to getrrf non-numeric and thus more understandable
}}}
And how it appears in the issue comments:

@aurum/diff: Added AuDiff FVdiff mapping. Ref BCLOUD-6
@aurum/cmdutils: Made last argument to getrrf non-numeric and thus more understandable

Automatically adding “*{” before commit message and “}*” after will fix this problem.
