Cannot reject pull request

I have a pull request from a user. The request is against a repo that the user deleted before I could pull. Discovered this on Saturday and tried to reject through my iphone. The reject hung. I'm not sure why...

Now, I can't request going from my Mac. Maybe the problem wasn't the iphone at all but...well I can't reject the thing.
