Add Advances Repositories Search

Currently you can only search repos by name. It would be great to have some advanced features. The biggest ones I can see are:

• Language
• Followers/Forks
• Activity

It would be also be nice if you could add more than one language that your project uses and tags that people could search for. Also if you could put your project in a couple of groups such as commandline, gui, text processing, web and others so that people can find appropriate projects.

This makes it much easier for people to find repositories to help. I often find myself without a project of my own and I would like to help someone out but I can't easily find repos in one of my preferred languages.

Also, if I am thinking of starting a project but I don't know if it exists a better search functionality could help me find what I am looking for,
